IBPS clerk : The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection administers the IBPS Clerk exam annually to fill clerical positions in 11 public sector banks across the country. CRP is the foundation used by all public sector banks to fill open positions. CRP Clerk will now be read as CRP-CSA (Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA). IBPS recently changed the designation nomenclature for the Clerical Cadre in Public Sector Banks.

IBPS Exam Date 2025

Along with its IBPS Calendar 2025, IBPS releases the dates of the IBPS Clerk Exams for both the preliminary and main exams each year. According to the calendar, the IBPS 2025 Prelims will take place on December 6, 7, 13, and 14, 2025, and the IBPS Clerk Mains will take place on February 1, 2026.

The IBPS Clerk 2025 Notification Process

  • On www.ibps.in, the official announcement is anticipated in October 2025.
  • Important dates for applications, fees, and tests will be included in the notification. 
  • For specific eligibility requirements, see the notification nationality, age limit: minimum 20, maximum 28 on the designated date, 
  • Educational qualification: bachelor’s degree. The notification will include the state-by-state and category-by-category vacancy details from participating Public Sector Banks. 
  • The online application procedure, including registration, form completion, document uploading, and fee payment, will be described in the notification.
  • Both the preliminary and main exam syllabus and exam pattern will be covered in detail. Both a preliminary (qualifying) and a main online exam are part of the selection process. 
  • Final selection (no interview) based on results from the main exam. Watch closely for the notification’s release on the official IBPS website.
