New Delhi: The results of the October 28, 2023, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) test have been released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

In response to the growing demand and the number of cybercrimes and fraud incidences in the nation, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has introduced the Certificate Course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection. It involves using investigative techniques, accounting, auditing, CAATs, data mining tools, and investigative skills to find errors or fraud.

How to verify the outcomes:

Step 1: Use your SSP credentials to log in to https://learning.icai.org.

Step 2: In the My Product Tab, select DAAB Assessment Assessment Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection – October 28, 2023. 

Step 3: Press the Start button.

Step 4: Press the plus button to see the outcome.

The candidates will not receive a tangible copy of their certificates from the Board; instead, they can download their e-certificates.

Applicants who did not qualify for the exam and received fewer than fifty marks may retake the exam, which is tentatively planned for December or January. 

The course lasts for seven days. ₹ 14,000 is the cost for candidates to enroll in the course.

For the participant to be eligible to take the assessment test, they must receive 50% of the possible points in both their module test and project work or 50 total marks out of 100. To take the FAFD Assessment Test, you must pass both the module tests and the project work.
