Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 65% marks (UR/EWS/OBC) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
Candidates in the final year of their Engineering degree may also apply.
All qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE-recognized universities or institutions.

Desirable Qualification
Candidates must have qualified GATE 2025 in the relevant discipline (ME, EE, CH) with marks above the qualifying cutoff.
Salary / Pay Scale
During training: Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000/- per month.
After training: Absorption as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with Rs. 60,000 – 3% – 1,80,000/- scale.
Additional benefits include DA, accommodation, PRP, medical, and superannuation benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on GATE 2025 scores and a Personal Interview .
Weightage: GATE 2025 Marks – 90%, Interview – 10%.
Candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise and category-wise in a 1:10 ratio.
