Connemara Public Library in Chennai. The Connemara Public Library receives a copy of every book, newspaper, and periodical published in the nation as one of the four National Depository Libraries. Having opened in 1896, it is also one of the oldest libraries! This library from the 19th century has a distinctive architectural style and a wonderful variety of literature, from textbooks to picture books.

Anyone can visit this library because of the welcoming personnel, good water service, air conditioning, and calm environment.  The building itself is interesting to see because it contains a sizable collection of books, textbooks, and a reference area.
