Educational Qualification

• Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
• Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical, Power, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
• Manager (E&I): Degree in E&I, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as an Executive or Officer in Government, PSUs, or reputed private organizations as of 02 February 2026.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000 (IDA Pattern)
• CTC: Approx. Rs. 22.82 lakhs per annum
• Perks: 35% of basic pay
• Performance Pay, HRA, Medical Facilities, NPS, and Gratuity as per company norms

Age Limit (as on 02/02/2026)

• Maximum Age: 38 years
• Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC(NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – up to 15 years as per category
