Examiner of Trademarks and Geographical Indications
Educational Qualification: Juris Doctor from an accredited university
Experience: Two years managing court proceedings, legal issues, or trademarks/geographical indications
Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property
Note: Qualifications and experience may be relaxed for SC/ST candidates or exceptional candidates at UPSC discretion
Deputy Director (Examination Reforms)
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in any discipline or professional course (Law, Management, Finance, Accounts)
Experience: Five years post-qualification in teaching, research, curriculum/exam development, online exams
Desirable Qualification: One-year Diploma in Computer Application
Desirable Experience: Two years in software applications
Note: Qualifications and experience may be relaxed for SC candidates or exceptional candidates
Salary
Examiner: Level-07 in Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Deputy Director: Level-11 in Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
Exceptional candidates may be offered higher initial remuneration
