Rabindra Library – A Knowledge Hub at Assam University
The Rabindra Library at the central campus of Assam University in Silchar is a much-needed academic and research library for students, teachers, and researchers of the Barak Valley and the rest of the North Eastern Region of India. It was founded in 1994 and was named Rabindra Library after it shifted to a permanent building in 2006. It has evolved into a modern facility with physical and virtual resources.
