Criteria for Eligibility
Soldier (General Duty)
- Class 10th/Matric passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% and at least 33% in each subject.
- For boards following grading: minimum of a D grade (33–40) in each subject, and a C2-grade equivalent (or equivalent) overall to total 45%.
Soldier (Clerk)
- 10+2/Intermediate in any discipline (Arts/Commerce/Science) with a minimum aggregate of 60% and at least 50% in each subject.
- Must have a minimum of 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping in Class 12.
Soldier Tradesmen (All trades except Housekeeper & Mess Cook)
- Class 10th pass. No minimum overall aggregate required, but at least 33% in each subject.
Soldier Tradesmen (Housekeeper & Mess Cook)
- Class 8th pass. No minimum overall aggregate required, but at least 33% in each subject.
Age Restrictions & Application Fee
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules.

15 November 2025: Gujarat, Goa, and the Union Territories of Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, and Lakshadweep. All districts of Telangana and Gujarat.
16 November 2025: Maharashtra — Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, and Sindhudurg.
17 November 2025: Maharashtra — Solapur, Thane, Wardha, Washim, Beed, Bhandara, Latur, Nagpur, Nanded, Buldhana, and Dhule.
18 November 2025: Maharashtra — Ahmednagar, Akola, Amaravati, Ch Sambhaji Nagar, Gadchiroli, Jalna, Ratnagiri, Dharashiv, Palghar, Nandurbar, and Jalgaon.
19 November 2025: Maharashtra — Chandrapur, Gondiya, Hingoli, Yavatmal, Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban, Nashik, Parbhani, Pune, and Raigad.
20 November 2025: 24 districts in Karnataka (initial group).
21 November 2025: Karnataka — Koppal, Dharwad, Chikkaballapura, Kolar, Tumakuru, Chitradurga, Chamarajanagara, Kodagu, Hassan, Bagalkote, Kalaburgi, Ballari, Bidar, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga, Raichur, Gadag, Haveri, Vijayanagara, Yadgiri, Vijayapura, Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, and Udupi.
22 November 2025: Karnataka — Ramanagara, Mysore, Mandya, Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Davanagere, and Belagavi.
